We provide person-centred day care and supported living services for adults aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, supporting people to live independently, confidently, and in a way that feels right for them.
Ethicare was established in 2014 by experienced professionals who are deeply passionate about care. Their commitment comes not only from years of working in the sector, but also from personal experiences that have shaped their understanding of how important the right support can be.
In 2026, Ibin Paul and Neethu Mathew Siby joined the organisation as directors, bringing fresh energy and valuable experience from the health sector. Our previous directors continue to be an important part of Ethicare, now working as Operational Manager, Sherriene Wilkinson, and Registered Manager, Brenda Lines. Together, they provide strong, compassionate leadership and continuity for the service.
Our team is at the heart of everything we do. The dedication, kindness, and professionalism of our staff have made a real difference to many people’s lives, and we are proud to see our service continuing to grow. We know there is a real need for high-quality, person-centred care, and we are committed to meeting that need every day.
As you would expect, we are a fully regulated service. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In our most recent inspection, our supported living service was rated Good overall, with an Outstanding rating in Caring-something we are especially proud of, as it reflects the compassion and dedication of our team.
We follow the ‘Essential Standards of Quality and Safety’ set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and related regulations, and we are regularly inspected by the CQC and the Local Authority. This helps ensure that we continue to provide safe, high-quality care that people can trust.
At Ethicare, we do not just provide support; we build relationships, promote independence, and help people feel valued, respected, and truly at home.
